Established in collaboration with Imperial College London to meet the rising demand for diabetes care in the UAE, the Centre now operates four branches across Abu Dhabi, Al Dhafra, and Al Ain, positively impacting the lives of over one million people through its clinical services and health-focused initiatives.

 

Role Overview

 

The Senior Marketing Officer plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This position is instrumental in enhancing brand visibility, driving audience engagement, and supporting strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded marketing professional with strong expertise in digital marketing, offline media, and performance analytics.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Senior Marketing Officer ensures brand consistency across all platforms, manages campaign timelines and budgets, and delivers measurable results through data-driven insights and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media strategy, paid advertising, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and website content optimisation
  • Plan and execute events, activations, and sponsorships, managing end-to-end logistics, creative direction, and on-site execution to ensure impactful brand experiences.
  • Coordinate with vendors, creative agencies, and media partners to deliver high-quality marketing materials, print advertisements, outdoor campaigns, and media placements on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral and ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines across all platforms and communications.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as communications, clinical, HR, and operations to align marketing efforts with business goals and organisational priorities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and digital analytics to evaluate ROI and develop actionable insights for optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Support the creation of compelling storytelling and content strategies that strengthen the brand’s positioning and resonate with key audiences.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality output across all marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience across digital and traditional media
  • Strong project management, organizational skills and team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively across departments and with external partners
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a commitment to delivering excellence in all aspects of marketing execution.
