This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Human Capital (HC) strategy and initiatives in line with M42 business strategy, stakeholder requirements, and talent needs. In addition, the role is responsible for serving as a employee’s trusted point of contact and as an advisor on HC related matters including but not limited to Human Capital policies and processes, culture, wellness and legal regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the implementation of HR strategies and ensures alignment with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Partners with Learning and Talent Development to drive performance management and employee growth initiatives.
  • Collaborates with Total Rewards to manage salary reviews, promotions, and policy execution.
  • Contributes to workforce planning, engagement, and strategic Human Capital projects.
  • Serves as the primary contact for HR operational matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Ensures fair and timely performance evaluations while supporting employee development.
  • Guides and mentors junior HR team members to foster engagement and capability building.
  • Promotes person-centered care by encouraging empathy, trust, and open communication.
  • Plays a key role in building a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within M42 Health.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
  • Possesses 7+ years of progressive professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership, or 5+ years developed through structured internal succession planning.
