The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in managing core accounting functions, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. This position also contributes to system implementations and cross-functional collaboration, helping to drive efficiency and transparency across financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition for projects, including contract review and milestone validation.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
  • Coordinate and support statutory and internal audits with required documentation and responses.
  • Participate in Oracle Fusion implementation, including UAT, configuration, and process alignment.
  • Perform related party reconciliations and ensure accuracy of intercompany transactions.
  • Collaborate with HR and inventory teams to ensure accurate payroll and inventory accounting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and system controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with AP/AR, payroll, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Proven ability to support audits and corporate reporting requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA).
  • Experience with system implementations and financial system configuration.
  • Familiarity with intercompany accounting and stakeholder engagement.
