About the Role

 

M42 is looking for a detail-oriented UAE National Accountant I to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance across our healthcare network. This role plays a key part in managing budget control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end reporting, while ensuring alignment with IFRS and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, payables, and reconciliations.

  • Support monthly and annual financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.

  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators.

Qualifications

  • UAE National. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–6 years’ experience in Accounting. 
  • Healthcare industry experience or professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
