About The Role

 

We are searching for UAE Nationals to be a part of our Administration team.

 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team at M42. This role supports the Administration department by coordinating daily office functions, managing communications, organizing schedules, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will contribute to a culture of operational excellence and person-centered service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to the team and department.

  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and patient visits.

  • Liaise with physicians, nursing staff, external hospitals, and families for scheduling and documentation.

  • Maintain calendars, office inventory, and organize events or training logistics.

  • Handle general office tasks: filing, copying, mailing, petty cash, and purchase orders.

  • Assist in onboarding processes and orientation of new staff.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and occupational health and safety procedures.

  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.

  • 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience in a healthcare facility.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and document handling.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Experience in multi-department coordination within a healthcare or corporate setting.
