As a Sales Officer - Cord Blood Banking, you will play a vital role in educating expectant mothers on the benefits of cord blood banking. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively promote and facilitate enrollment in both public and private cord blood banking programs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage eligible expectant mothers at partner hospitals and antenatal care (ANC) events.
  • Deliver persuasive, mission-driven education to inspire informed decisions and drive donor recruitment.
  • Achieve monthly targets for both private sales and public donations of cord blood banking services.
  • Maximize recruitment opportunities by fully leveraging hospital-based maternity and community events.
  • Plan and implement promotional initiatives to increase enrolments and meet outreach goals.
  • Ensure the completion of recruitment from identification of leads to payments.
  • Track, monitor, and take ownership of personal performance metrics and sales conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum three (3) years in direct sales or donor recruitment.
  • Prior experience in cord blood banking is a strong advantage.
  • Sales-driven, ethical, and persistent.
  • Strong communicator and presenter in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Confident, extroverted, and persuasive with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Digitally fluent; proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and data handling.
  • Able to simplify technical information for non-technical audiences.
