• Performing tests and releasing results
• Running QC
• Analyzer maintenance
• Troubleshooting assay problems
• Training junior staff
• Able to report blood films
• Assay validation
• Other tasks as need to suport the department supervisor

• BSc in Medical Laboratory Science
• At least 5 years post graduation experience in high complexity hematology laboratory setting
• DOH license
