Manager, Marketing and Communications

As the Manager, Marketing and Communications, you will be at the forefront of implementing strategic and operational marketing plans that align with M42’s overall business objectives for Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Hospital (formerly Zayed Military Hospital). This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a variety of marketing, communications, and promotional activities, ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all channels. You'll be instrumental in enhancing the reputation of both the Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Hospital in Al Batayeh, Sharjah and M42 while fostering impactful engagement with target audiences.

• Implement marketing and communications plans and public relations strategies aligned with M42’s strategic goals for healthcare facilities in Sharjah.
• Manage the execution of marketing activities, including brand marketing, media relations, corporate communications, events, campaigns, and social media.
• Supervise content creation in English and Arabic for all communication channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to support thought leadership and strategic advertising.
• Work with Business Development teams to drive community engagement programs that enhance the assets brand reputation.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and improve communication strategies for diverse demographics.
• Regularly report research findings to senior management to support continuous improvement in marketing initiatives.

• A passionate marketing professional with 7+ years of proven ability to execute strategic and operational marketing plans.
• Strong experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on enhancing brand reputation and achieving business objectives.
• Fluent in Arabic/English.

This position is based at Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Hospital in Al Batayeh, Sharjah (formerly known as Zayed Military Hospital). Please note that the facility is located in a remote area, approximately a 20–30 minute drive from the nearest major city, and is not accessible via public transportation. Personal transportation is therefore required.
