The Marketing Manager contributes to M42’s growth by supporting the execution of strategic marketing initiatives that enhance the organization’s visibility, brand equity, and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with senior leadership and in coordination with the Group’s marketing and communications teams, this role helps articulate M42’s value proposition, support campaign rollouts, and ensure consistency in brand messaging across channels. The Marketing Manager also collaborates cross-functionally to deliver high-quality marketing content and materials that align with business goals and position M42 as a leader in tech-driven healthcare innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of marketing and communications plans that align with overall business objectives.

  • Ensure consistent application of corporate branding across all marketing materials, digital channels, and internal communications.

  • Coordinate public relations activities, including drafting press releases, supporting media outreach, and assisting in reputation management efforts.

  • Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities, including website content updates, social media scheduling, and content creation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., clinical, research, operations) to align messaging and ensure marketing initiatives support strategic goals.

  • Monitor market trends and gather customer insights to support the refinement of marketing strategies and content relevance.

  • Track and report on campaign performance using key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and guide optimizations.

  • Create and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets to support business development and engagement.

  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with brand standards, industry regulations, and data privacy requirements.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, or technology-driven industries.

  • Hands-on experience in implementing branding, digital marketing, and media outreach initiatives.

  • Proven track record in supporting the development and execution of strategic marketing plans.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working closely with senior leadership.
