About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven UAE National to join as a Sales Executive to support the execution of strategic sales plans by sourcing, securing, and maintaining client accounts. This role plays a pivotal part in driving business growth, meeting performance targets, and fostering strong client relationships in alignment with M42’s strategic objectives.
• Support in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Conduct customer profiling, targeting, and scheduling sales calls.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and present contracts and proposals to clients.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Share market intelligence and customer insights with internal teams.
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
JOB-SPECIFIC SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
