Overview

M42 is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join the team at the Abu Dhabi Biobank. In this role, you will shape and drive the commercial strategy for one of the region’s most ambitious biobanking initiatives, leading its expansion across the Middle East. Your focus will be on forging strategic partnerships, growing our client base, and accelerating revenue growth in alignment with M42’s broader mission to transform healthcare.

Operating from a world-class facility in the UAE capital, the Biobank will serve as a vital resource for cutting-edge research, clinical trials, and therapeutic innovation.

  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns that align with growth objectives.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, IVF clinics, universities, and life sciences companies.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic positioning.
  • Represent M42 at conferences, forums, and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts.
  • Achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets across assigned sectors and territories.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
