About the Role
Join M42 as a Physiotherapist and make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and wellbeing. In this role, you’ll assess and treat patients referred by General Practitioners—primarily for muscle, joint, and trauma-related conditions—across all age groups. You'll design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that restore function and enhance quality of life. Clinical Evaluation & Treatment
Interpret referrals and conduct initial evaluations, identify problems, and establish diagnoses related to physiological and psychological functioning.
Develop, implement, and adapt treatment plans tailored to the patient’s needs, condition, and treatment goals.
Deliver therapy sessions that are safe, effective, and in line with the latest evidence-based practices.
Monitor progress using standardized outcome measures and modify plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
Patient-Centered Care
Educate patients and caregivers on the treatment process, ensuring understanding and cooperation.
Set meaningful, measurable goals and involve the patient and interdisciplinary team (IDT) in care planning.
Promote client self-management, health education, and wellness initiatives.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Ensure adherence to M42, DOH, and DHA standards, policies, and safety protocols.
Actively participate in audits, clinical risk assessments, and equipment evaluations.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with medical professionals, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic care.
Contribute to clinical programs and service improvement initiatives.
Communicate clearly and sensitively with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Professional Growth & Team Support
Support and mentor junior staff or interns where applicable.
Pursue continuous professional development and maintain required CME hours.
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing forums.
