About the Role 

 

Join M42 as a Physiotherapist and make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and wellbeing. In this role, you’ll assess and treat patients referred by General Practitioners—primarily for muscle, joint, and trauma-related conditions—across all age groups. You'll design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that restore function and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities

Clinical Evaluation & Treatment

  • Interpret referrals and conduct initial evaluations, identify problems, and establish diagnoses related to physiological and psychological functioning.

  • Develop, implement, and adapt treatment plans tailored to the patient’s needs, condition, and treatment goals.

  • Deliver therapy sessions that are safe, effective, and in line with the latest evidence-based practices.

  • Monitor progress using standardized outcome measures and modify plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.

Patient-Centered Care

  • Educate patients and caregivers on the treatment process, ensuring understanding and cooperation.

  • Set meaningful, measurable goals and involve the patient and interdisciplinary team (IDT) in care planning.

  • Promote client self-management, health education, and wellness initiatives.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

  • Ensure adherence to M42, DOH, and DHA standards, policies, and safety protocols.

  • Actively participate in audits, clinical risk assessments, and equipment evaluations.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with medical professionals, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic care.

  • Contribute to clinical programs and service improvement initiatives.

  • Communicate clearly and sensitively with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Professional Growth & Team Support

  • Support and mentor junior staff or interns where applicable.

  • Pursue continuous professional development and maintain required CME hours.

  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing forums.

Qualifications

  • BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy.
  • 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • DOH/DHA license (or eligibility).
  • BLS certification.
  • Strong clinical, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
